Bergquist and FRALOCK Formal Partnership

Valencia, CA (March 2007) FRALOCK is honored to announce its formal distributorship agreement with The Bergquist Company as their Western Regional Converter.  This opportunity is possible in part due to FRALOCK's new and considerably larger location, which is designed specifically to provide its various manufacturing units ample room to grow and innovate while becoming more efficient and streamlined.  This partnership offers greater penetration into the thermal markets for both companies, as well as providing a stronger technical and application network for all customers.

Bergquist's Thermal Products Group is a world-leading developer and manufacturer of thermal management materials, which provide product solutions to control and manage heat in electronic assemblies. 

For over 40 years, FRALOCK has supplied high quality materials for the global marketplace.  In addition to a primary focus in Thermal Interface Materials, Fralock also offers electrical insulating materials, pressure sensitive adhesives, films, foils, foams and tapes for variety of other applications.  This arrangement will provide both companies with opportunities to better serve the ever-evolving demands and requirements of the global marketplace.
