Stainless Steel & Glass Heaters

As a low-cost solution to our AlN high performance heaters we have developed a unique solution using a specialty formulated glass with the same coefficient of expansion as stainless steel. This glass is used as a dielectric platform to print a resistance circuit and then cover this circuit once again in glass. This solution can be used either in flat substrates or wrapped around tubes.

Temperature applications as high as 450°C are possible in most 300 and 400 series stainless steel grades.
