Located in Poway, CA, the company manufactures high-performance rapid-fire ceramic heaters and structural ceramics used in semiconductor, medical, aerospace and defense, industrial, and electronics applications. With a highly skilled engineering team, Oasis employs a multi-layer co-fired technology using Aluminum Nitride as its substrate and Tungsten as resistance traces to produce heaters with exceptional thermal uniformity.
Their multi-layer technology allows for complex tungsten circuitry and integrated temperature sensing. Oasis produces a wide range of heater sizes and shapes that meet or exceed the demanding requirements of their customers.
Oasis’s solutions include high-precision controllers for heaters, thermal heads, aluminum nitride (AlN) substrates with or without surface metallization in sizes up to 15″ square.
